Dorset Timber has invested in top of the range machinery to be able to offer the fabrication of Glulam beams. We can cut beams to length, drill, shape, & offer a slotting service for flitch plates.
We can supply straight beams from stock up to 13 metres long, & access curved sections to clients specification, in a number of timber species.
We can provide full design & structural calculations for any of our projects for Glulam/Timber as well as associated steel work & produce full drawings for fabrication/assembley.
We can also supply galvanised steel or Stainless steel fixings & post bases from stock, & also offer a bespoke fabrication service.
